A 60-link track will not tension out to fit a -3, and a 64 has nowhere to go on the earlier machines. These diggers are getting on now and often change hands with no paperwork, so don’t trust the decals or a seller’s memory.
Count every link on your current track, check the moulded size, or send us the serial number and we’ll pin the generation down for you.
FAQs
What size rubber tracks does a Kubota KX36 take?
It depends on the generation. The KX36 and KX36-2 take 230x48x60; the KX36-3 takes 230x48x64. Same width and pitch, different link count — so identify your machine before ordering.
How do I tell whether my KX36 needs 60 or 64 links?
Count the links on the track that’s fitted — every link, the whole way round — or send us the serial number and we’ll identify the generation. Don’t rely on decals: on machines this age they’re often missing or wrong after a repaint.
How much do KX36 rubber tracks cost?
From £189 + VAT per track, whichever generation you’ve got — the 60-link and 64-link versions sit in the same price band. The expensive one is the track that doesn’t fit, so confirm the link count first.
Do you deliver to my part of the UK or Ireland?
Yes — we supply across the UK and Ireland, and your quote shows the delivered price to your site or yard before you commit. Nothing gets added after the fact.
