Who we are

RivalParts.com (“RivalParts”, “we”, “us”) is a UK-based aftermarket parts specialist for mini excavators and compact track loaders. Using this website means you accept these terms.

What this website does

This website provides information about aftermarket parts — rubber tracks, final drives, undercarriage components and rubber pads — and lets you request quotes and fitment checks. We do not sell online through this site: purchases are completed through us directly or through the established supply partners we work with, and any sale is subject to the seller’s own terms, warranty and delivery conditions, which are confirmed with your quote.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are indicative “from” prices, exclude VAT unless stated, and are confirmed only in a written quote. A quote shows the delivered price to your site or yard before you commit.

Fitment information

We verify sizes and part references against at least two independent sources before publishing, and we check fitment against your serial number before you order. Machine specifications change between generations and production runs, so information on this site is a guide, not a guarantee of fit for your specific machine — the confirmed fit is the one we give you against your serial number. If you order a part without confirming the fitment with us, you do so at your own risk.

Warranties

Parts supplied through our supply partners typically carry supplier warranties of 12–24 months depending on the product line. The applicable warranty is stated with your quote and is provided by the supplying partner.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, data tables, guides and branding — belongs to RivalParts. Machine make and model names are the trade marks of their respective manufacturers and are used only to identify compatibility; RivalParts is not affiliated with or endorsed by any machinery manufacturer.

Liability

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate, but we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on it without a confirmed quote and serial-checked fitment. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
